• A specification for the Resource type, including information on the underlying ICT equipment/hardware and information on the Facility where the Resource is produced.

• A specification of the operational practices used for operating the Resource, for example Virtualization practices and managing the Resource utilization & allocation.

• A Resource specification to identify the certified service, reported in the TCO Certified Portal.
